We are Gen-Z 

Even if you don't think so.

We are here even if we 

Pretend we’re not.

We are matter.  

We take up space.

We are important 

Even if we don't think we are. 

We are many things

Mixed into one pot. 

None of us are the same

We are all different. 

We are girls. 

We worry about what everybody thinks. 

We are boys.

When we fight with friends we

Make up after one hour.

We are teenagers. 

We can't live without screens. 

We are dreamers,

Dreaming about what's gonna happen next.

We are free therapists, 

Ready to talk whenever a friend needs you.

We are not titanium.

Words do hurt. 

We are friends. 

We will take our revenge if 

Someone breaks your heart.

We are sassy sometimes

But it's just a stage through 

Teenagerhood.

We may not be kind all the time but 

We are just going through something.

We are brave 

We can fight our own battles.

We are helpers

So you don't have to go through 

Anything alone. 

We are loud

Because our voices matter.

We are students,

Dreaming about our future.

We are here, 

Waiting to be heard so

Listen because our generation is here.
