Have You Ever Met that Person

Do you ever have that strange feeling
In your stomach
That everything inside you is melting
In a nice way
Warm and pleasant
And smiley
Your face may turn red
But you won't care
Because there are more...
Lovely
Things to focus on
Like the person who just walked by

Have you ever met that person
Who makes your head turn twice
Every single time

Have you ever met that person
That makes you smile
That seems like they're too perfect to really exist

Have you ever met that person
Who makes you want to know
What being in love is like

The person who
When you both stop talking
You can't look away
But you must
If you didn't you might trip and fall
Into the person's eyes
And you would never be able to leave again

Have you ever met that person
Who makes every situation better
Just by being there
Who can make you feel singularly wonderful

I know someone like that
