As winter glides over

In her icy gown and snow-white locks

You drove me home that day, January's cold bitter sky above us. You had driven me home before, but that day felt different than all the other days.

I should have told him I loved him, just a little sooner. I know I planned every word, the night before. Pacing my room in my prettiest dress, streamers in my red hair. He has always made me lose my breath, by simply living.

I’m the type of person, who suddenly decides she hates someone. But like with no reason at all. And that’s how I feel about Mac. Lilly my best friend, loves everyone. Or at least she pretends she does, in my opinion that’s not worth while.

I sit and ponder

The way the light filters through the old window pane 

Dancing of the leaves of the potted tree

Before tickling my nose

The unsettling itch to move

Runs up my spine

you just sit there

hands in your torn pockets

you are golden

fall

yellow 

sunshine of summer

i see flashes of

everything we could be

if you raise your pretty brown eyes
