But it takes so much courage to actually speak up for that.. 

Wet, soaked towels on the floor 
Tears that are made dry
Scars that don’t heal- even with time..
Screams made that no one can hear.
My voice wearied beyond belief
After each and every tear from the fibers worn out

I wish you could understand how I felt,

When a comment was made about me, or a joke…

When I wanted to feel praised for doing something I loved…

When I would feel exhausted after a long day.
