What will we do?

The clock is ticking, the Earth is crying,
A world once lush, now slowly dying.
The skies are choked with smoke and dust,
The oceans rise, the forests rust.

We’ve taken more than we can give,
We’ve paved the roads where life should live.
The creatures gone, the trees laid bare,
In empty lands, we find despair.

But still, a chance, a thread remains,
To heal the scars, to break the chains.
We must unite, we must act fast,
Or futures lost will never last.

Stop the greed, the waste, the sprawl,
Hear the desperate Earth’s wild call.
We need to shift, to change, to mend
The time is now, this is not pretend.

Restore the forests, clean the skies,
Give oceans breath, let nature rise.
Every voice, every hand must stand,
To heal the wounds upon this land.

Reimagine life, our hearts aligned,
Redraw the path, renew the mind.
The climate calls, it cannot wait
We hold the power to change our fate.
