Nonsenical writing is not too difficult.
Nor is it the way it should be.
However,
it is certainly the way it should be five miles out on the ocean with no one to talk to.
Believe me.
What's that? You haven't tried it?
Oh, it works.
If you are hesitant, I pity you.
Anyway,
Nonsensical writing cannot be demanded. 
Officially,
It only comes when you are certain that you are not making sense about not making sense.
So, if you don't want to make sense, make sense while saying that you are going to not make sense.
Making sense sounds like a brownie recipe.
"Oh, give me a quarter cup of laughter"
"No, no, not chuckling! You should know better than that! Giggling!"
"Now, some sense. Mix it with salt, and it will be nonsense."
