Change

change is an odd thing

change is weird

it can happen while a bird flaps its wing

or tweets its tweet

or sings its song

but change happens to us all

no matter what

you might go from big to small

but you'll change

maybe you'll go from short to tall

it's still change

maybe the change will be who you love

girls or boys?

swans or doves?

that girl or the other

it's always a change

change can be good, and it can be bad

you'll never know

until it's a change you've had.
