Fragile

We all hurt...some worse than others...

They might say they're ok, but they aren't...

They don't want you to worry so they hide their feels...

They smile ear to ear, but it's just a mask to hide behind...

They are fragile...

They are falling apart...

They need your help so that they won't break into a million pieces...

We have all felt this way before...

We worry about what to do...

We want people to notice that we're not okay, but we want them to notice without having to tell them...

We want to smile a real, bright, happy smile...

We all just want to be told that it's okay to not be okay...

We want to be told it's okay to hurt...

But most of all...we want to be told we're not alone. 

That we don't have to go through it alone...

We are all fragile...
