Going on a walk

I am in the car,
where am I going?
on a walk with my dad and my dog.
To a place that is not to far from home,
yet still just far enough.
to feel like we got away from town,
the sirens and the paved roads.
on this walk,
I will fall behind just a little bit, taking to many photos of ordinary things,
only I see the beauty in.
