Life isn't episodical.
After a day ends, you just don't forget,
The nightmares that came true 
Before you fell asleep. 
Captain Kirk can love a million girls, 
He'll never mention them again. 
"If they're pretty, I'll love them for 30 minutes." 
Nobody acts like that. 
Cause I'm really not gonna be able to forget you just like that
The image of your face burned into my brain. 
And I love it now. 
I don't wanna cry this June.
