I heard rumors of a great ship,
full of great people.
Did they have room for me?
I swam by the ship
and to my surprise,
I was welcomed aboard,
beckoned,
appreciated,
cared for.
I looked down at the little ship,
in which I once drifted.
I knew I would never leave
the great big ship
with the even-greater-than-I-expected people
because they made room for me
in the great ship of theater.
