Joy

It means courageous

It means love

It might be being with people you love

But the most important thing is you are happy

With what you're doing

With what you have become

With your past

And with your present

And most importantly about the person that you can be

Don’t be stuck on the bad things that you do be focused on all the great, impactful things that you have  done to people that you love and care about

The strangers at the grocery store who can’t find what they need and you help them

That it is going to make their day, it is going to make them JOYful

Then that sparks the joy

That joy is YOU
