What you think is a great rock
over your head is
actually a great ball of glitter;
when you think you're about to be crushed
by a massive rock, and
it has become too heavy to hold, the
ball will pop, and
glitter will rain down.

We were once one
With the trees, a
Cell which would come to
Sprout, to birth, to
Hatch us all: the
Life that breathes
The world, and
Tears slipped quietly
Down her face, hair
Messily tied back into
The lowest of low ponytails, and
Perfectly manicured nails just begun
