As the Snow Comes

As winter comes the days start to get colder in the morning and the grass becomes covered in a layer of frost. As you walk across the yard the grass crunches under you feet and your breath leaves steam in the air. The nights become darker earlier and you can’t wait to sit on the couch with a nice warm cup of coco. You want to wear your fuzziest pajamas and wear your slippers, in the mornings when you get out of bed the floor will be cold. It will be the time of year to wear sweaters and drink hot coffee instead of ice. When you take evening walks there will be flurries of snow in your face and the air will be chilly, with wind blowing at your ankles. It will be time to wear a scarf and a hat to keep you warm. When you walk into a building on a snowy day it will feel so amazing. As you drive through the streets you will start to see more and more snow with kids playing in it. As the winter slowly comes closer and closer you will end up falling more in love with winer.
