Words Are Not Nothing

The world would have cried

From any other side

No matter the victor

No matter the lies.

Misinformed, unaligned

You think it's the first time?

Honestly, so gullible

Why do you close your mind?

She isn't going to kill all men

But we all bleed as friends.

Actions speak much louder

Than the words you heard today.

They're not going to invade your life

Some may try, but thats not right

To future, and the past that you've held

Wait for a while before breaking down

Don't judge or else you'll forget.

Words are not nothing

But all have said something

snake tongued and riddled with lies

Wait for actions to take back the means.

So you can see, the world is so split

Straight down the middle, it sits

Break through the mold with an open mind

And wait for the light to be lit.
