Appreciation

I love the snowy mountains of Vermont
But with climate change, it is hard to flaunt
I love to see snowfall while eating in my favorite restaurant
The snow brings families together even your uncle and aunt
I am worried I will not see snow later in life
I am worried I will not be able to enjoy it with my wife
I am tired of climate change's strife
I am worried about what will happen to our wildlife
I am scared I will not be able to experience snow
What the future holds, I don't know
Will climate change come or will it go
I wish that was as easy to answer as a free throw
