A Poem of Green

Green-
The color of the shoots sprouting in my flowerbeds.
The color of the evergreens on The Trail.
The color of the grass cushioning my feet.
The color that seems,
To represent New Growth,
and Beauty,
and Spring.
Green is a beautiful color,
it can calm you down,
remind you of shiny Emeralds,
or,
it can just be.

Stop.
Do not tell me that "it will all be okay!"
