Advice for my replacement

It's a tradition here,
leaving advice for the next kids,
you're allowed to leave it wherever you'd like,
and I left it in my desk,
Front row,
second seat,
for my replacement.
I wrote the best advice I could,
and here it is.
Don't be anyone else
except you,
because you'll always
be good enough.
