Finally

He didn't see it coming. The giant wad of masking tape flew up through the air and landed on top of Lucas' head like a bomb.

A nuclear bomb at that, he managed to spill his tall glass of water onto his new laptop, which malfunctioned with flying sparks. His glasses fell and shattered, causing immediate silence in the room.

It was a sad life for Lucas, who had been bullied as long as he could remember. Stanley stuck his stupid tongue out at his victim as usual.

But today Lucas had had enough. He turned his lava-red face toward his smirking and sneering attacker. Rage began to build in Lucas like a fiery volcano. He pelted the ball of tape back at Stanley's face. The point of the tape ball perfectly aligned with Stanley's iris. The impact sent his head flying backwards.

The laughing ceased and Lucas felt proud. Suddenly his peers cheered his name as the bully held a hand to his wet eye.

What an appropriate title! "Finally" really does sum up this short really nicely. You do a great job of setting up this short piece of fiction. Your first line was really strong and grabbed the reader's attention, as did the immediate action you landed the reader in. Your pace was fast enough it really compelled the reader. Fun read!
