The little things in life catch my attention
I always wonder if in the future there will be little things to see
I watch the sunrise
I smell the homey smell of woodsmoke 
I feel the rough skin of my daddy’s hands

 If our world disappeared before our eyes 

Would you notice

We hope someone will do something

When really that someone should be us 

We try to build more

When what we should do is tear down
