I'll close my eyes
And retreat to my mind
With a song coming to me

I can hear it in my mind
The songs I listen to all the time
And it always ends with the question
Why should I be kind?

We're always told 

I've never thought
About changing the world
I've only ever created
My own worlds to live in

Sometimes I think
The world is too far gone
to change

Once a mindset
Is created
It sticks with the world

Can just look away
Some people 
Just don't notice right away

Watch and smile
And all people
Have a devil inside

No one is pure light
No one is eternal darkness

When darkness covers us
In the dead of night
Or in the livelihood of day
We always run

But where do you go
Towards or away
Circles or straight
We always run someway

We don't choose to run
We dont understand

Going deep, deep in the mine
Mining silver and diamond
While fighting the creatures hidden

Finding minecart tracks
That can be followed
For great rewards

Ambushed by Hoplites
Throwing their javelins

Most decide to trust those they deem trustworthy
Some decide to trust any they find
Few decide to trust none.
I was one of the few.

But then I met a girl
Who randomly sat with me one afternoon
I began to fall in love
