When your feeling lost
And you lose your love
And the whole wide world is against your soul
So you put on your masquerade
To blame them all
Despite the catastrophe 

The darkness consumes

Wow, it's been a while since I've posted anything on here, huh? Well, life is good for me, and I hope it is for you, too. Atleast covid has mostly blown over, anyway.

The world is a cruel place
I learned that long ago
But why is that so?

Do humans have cruelty
Running through through their veins
Or is it burned in their heads
With excruciating pain?

They judge without thinking

A scar has been left
It cut deep,
and made a rift

Not on our boides
But our hearts and minds
Our souls and spirits
The humanity inside

The pain was brief
The rain was long
The Earth was flipped

Have I ever
Had the will to survive?
But these days...
What does that mean?

Get a solid job?
Have a family?
Be alive?

This reminds me...
Dreams.
Its the same thing,
Isnt it?

Can you say 

Its been so long
The sun has risen
And fallen
Seasons have passed

People have gone
Some have arrived
Despair was a result at times

No surprise
But I have stayed Alone
It was one of my first poems,
After all
