Definition - A word without a definition is a pretty useless word, definitions give words meaning. But is there a word that you think should be defined differently?

I am strong
growing in cracks
in the sidewalk
and springing up
after you 
mowed me down

I survived
though you tried
to kill me
stepping on me
and uprooting me

You hate me
and say that I

don't cry

it'll be okay

calm down

that's what
they always say
but not me

cry away

let it all come

gushing out

tears are pain
liquified
and released
through the eyes

Plans that never completely formed
were erased immediately
and we find it unlikely that we will meet
during the summer of 2020

Roadtrips are out of the question
for many states are still closed
so now any idea is shot down

I dreamed that I 
went back to school
this time as a sophomore

I walked up to the door
where the principal stood
greeting students
like he usually did
except now
he had a mask
and gloves
and a bottle
