  • Leaving home

    I wonder about the people who are desperate enough to enter a crowded room
    while our governments are telling us not to leave our houses.
    Do they need food?
    A job too crucial to risk losing?
  • Friends

    Sometimes I feel like friendships are stretching me everywhere
    like a thinly woven spiderweb, strong, but not big enough
    To hold me and my friends
    I want everyone at once
    But if that's not possible 
  • Spring Rain


    And the spring rain came down like wet stars
    Healing the dry earth
    Letting it exhale
    And grow
    And we reached out hopeful hands to the sky
    Grazing clouds and letting planets slip through our fingers.
