For fifty years, people not unlike myself have been protected.
Fifty years; over thirty less than the average woman's lifespan.
This means that the average woman has not yet been able to live her entire life with control over her body.

This summer, I will be reborn.

When you are on your deathbed, you won't be worried about how cool you were in high school, how you look, and how other people think of you. The only thing that matters at the end of the day is how you treated other people.
