Out of the Cave 
Chapter 1

As I walk out of our cave, I see the blue sky. I’ve never been out of the cave before. I was not allowed to, Dad said it was way too dangerous but I still decided that tonight I would sneak out. 

The Place Love

Some Days, when I feel, you

Need to get away, so I go to my happy place.

It's a place where I go to lay in bed, and think of my favorite things.

I sit and watch the colorful sky, and think, of

Little fish of the deep

Comes out of the water with a leap

His gleaming stare

Says he does care

When you feel weak

One day I will fly.

But not only physically.

I will leave the nest and reach for the clouds that are my goals,

And get to the moon that is my success.  

I will raise my hands to the sky and dream. 

At school, I am another student, learning with my peers.

 At home, I'm one of four people that make a family whole.

With friends, I am a trustworthy person, who can be trusted with deepest secrets and fear.

When a person speaks:

“Soooo… once there was a… umm.. There was a girl, and… um.. She lived in.. um.. A water park… yeah, so she… um….. Saw spirits.. Yeah.. and uh.. no one else could see them… and… um.. So.. yeah.
