A Sports Person

We are here right now, and that is truely all that matters,
We are here for each other.  We are here only for a certain thing, or person.
We are here.  That is where we are, and where we will stay,

Spring, sprang, sprung, bloom, bud.
The endless cycle going on
Forever, I hope.




 

Shooting high, dribbling low

Basketball is the way to go.

Having fun,

Run, run, run!

Never be done.  Never quit.

Because basketball is the best fit.

Small or large,

Or in charge.

Sometimes I wonder...
Cat's are yoga masters.
It's like they were but here to show off.
All they do is eat and sleep.
But they are still amazingly fit.
They are like little yoga spies, that are here to spy on our fitness.

Basketball,
My favorite sport of all!
Yes I know, I'm a girl.
But I dont' twirl, I bounce the ball up to the sky,
and shoot a basket, I'm not tall.
But I can still beat them all.  I can still shoot a basketball.

Always sitting at the desk, reading papers with no zest.
Home is not as fun, without you, me and the rest.
That's all I think about, 
What we, our school, our friends, our teaches, all used to be.
