Wag it off

Sorry I have not posted in so long... I just had no inspiration. This is a story from the beginning of the 2020-2021 school year. I hope you enjoy it!

Before there was earth there was nothing
Before a person speaks there is silince
before someone dies life is easy
before you and me life is pointless
befor the sun shines it is cold and dark
before you have eaten you are hungry

The smell flys through the air 
And would alert a hungry bear
It's the sweet smell of honey
Very tasty to a bunny but they still think it tastes somwhat funny

The duck runs along the sandy, wet shore

This is my peom from Writing With Reuben. Thank you to everyone who attended and the hosts of the meeting. 


The world is changing before my very eyes
All way faster then I can process
And I always get lost

The bear pokes his face out for the first time in the summer
The warm air rushes at his face and makes his den warm
And the smell of pollen and honey fills the air

The bear trots down to the crystal clear river

The floor under me gives out
The air speeds past my face
My surroundings are a blur

It happened so quickly
I can barely remember
the long fall

When I hit the ground it sent daggers of pain
piercing my skull
