The tides still ebb
The sun still rises
The trees still grow
My curls are longer now.
We have a new president new governors
Different colors speckling made up maps
Division.
I will be someday,
gone,
that is.
When I am,
I hope the pine needles still grow thick
covered thick
with snow.
In biology,
we learn that there are so many tiny things
in the interior of our cells
nucleus/cytoplasm/mitochondria/ribosomes/golgi apparatus
floating.
My interior,
it holds my feelings
