Colorado home

The room starts at the back corner of the couches and ends at the T.V and dining room table. In the back right corner, there is a security camera. Along the back wall, there are two windows with the yellow shutters closed, and a square, copper mirror with outdented circles lining it. In front of the first window, on the floor, there is a white air vent with an electricity plug above it. There is a side table with copper base and adornings. On the table, there is a short, soil colored lamp and a small statue of an elk. To the left of the table, there is a mossy, coffee colored couch with brown shaded, striped pillows. In the back left corner, there is another couch, going with its back parallel to the foyer. It has a single everest green pillow resting on it. Along the right wall, there is a stone and brick, grey, gas-powered fireplace with a light wooden shelf above it. The shelf holds a picture of pine trees, a red flower pot, and fire-colored flowers. There is a picnic basket and three stone pots as well. Above the shelf, there is a large, brass, weathered dish. Next to the fireplace, there is a medium-sized vizio T.V. and a speaker. Below the T.V., there is a semi-circle drawer set with book cover decorations. On top of the shelf, there is a dvd player and wooden box with clear flower vases and yellow flowers. In front of the T.V there is an amber colored chair that swivels. In the center of the room, there is a rainbow, native american style rug and a copper and brass coffee table. On the table there are many books and coasters.

From where I am sitting, on a couch in the living room, there is a sideways couch cushion, a few brown colored pillows, and a mirror. The T.V is facing me, and the fireplace is flickering. The mirror is reflecting the light from the lamp and I can see the kitchen through it. The walls are popcorned and a light yellow color. I can prop my feet on the table from my seat on the couch.

As I walk around the living room I notice that one of the couch cushions is backwards, another sideways. The pillows are strewn lazily about the couch, and the light is beaming through the window shade on the right wall. The elk statue faces away from me, also looking at the window on the right. Looking to its home, in the mountains of colorado from inside our colorado home.

More like tangling in my long hair

    Patterned like an atlas map
  • Why?

I witness injustices often now. How come when we learned about the thirteenth ammendment they just "forgot" to mention how it turned the prison system into slavery?
