Enchanted

Two complete opposites,
one as bright as the sun,
the other as peaceful as the moon.
Though they're almost never together,
when they meet, the sky becomes anomalous.
The moon, blocking the sun's blazing light,
to many, this eclipse is like a false night.
Serene, but ominous in many ways.
The sun doesn't mind the moon's shadow,
as it casts a spotlight on the moon.
Although their time together is short,
and their eclipse ends so soon,
they cherish their hours together.
