We
Contain multitudes,
Infinite differences
And variations; it is
Our
Great similarity,
Sparkling under the sun
That is the lungs of
Our
Moments and minutes and months
And multitudes
That blossom with every
Breath we take
As we continue to choose to lift
Ourselves,
Diamonds perfectly cut
by our struggles,
Scratched messily
By our dreams,
To the light we are drawn to
In the hearts and souls of others,
Where we find the facets of
Our humanity and hope and love
Shining the brightest and
Blooming into shattered mirrors
All reflecting
Stars like wildflowers
In our eyes,
Resilience like poetry
In our veins,
Multitudes like the highways
Between our hearts,
Like the sun, like
Us.
