We're only kids
But we need to be
As mature as adults
We're little kids
It's not safe
But we're basically an adult
So we can have adult responsibilities
We can't stay up with friends
But we can if we're watching our siblings
Being their mother or father
We get the downsides of being kids
The downsides of being an adult
Being a kid is fun
When you're not told to act like an adult
Being an adult is nice
When you're not being told you're a little kid
We're kids
Who have to act like
Adults
