The Meaning of Music

Music is a language of it's own.

Music speaks to some people easily,

while it takes some time with others.

Lots of people, including me, wouldn't be able to live without music.

It's a part of my life all the time,

so if it were to be taken away,

I don't know what I would do.

When I listen to music with lyrics, I try to find the meaning of the song.

For example, if you listen to "Thunder Rolls" by Garth Brooks, 

I don't think he means that the real thunder rolls, but means that the woman in the song is growing angrier and angrier by the minute. 

One of the lines in the song is, "Deep in her heart, the thunder rolls". 

There are a lot of reasons why the girl should be mad in that song, so I think the way that Garth Brooks incorporated it into the song was very clever and creative. 

I love music, and I play 3 instruments,

but I love listening to other people's music as well, all different types.

Classical, Pop, Country, etc...

Music just puts me in a positive mood!

I hope music never dies down, and I will do anything to keep it from doing so!
