Mountain of Sorrow and Grief

Hand over hand.

One foot, then the other.

Climbing this mountain

Of sorrow and grief.

Desperately trying

To reach its snowy peaks.

You start at the bottom.

Then work your way up.

There will be challenges

And trials

Along the way.

But if you can reach

The snowy peaks

Of blissful ignorance

You will find your path

Straight up to the clouds.

  • Maybe Someday

    Ya know

    Sometimes I don’t think

That things will ever get better

    Sometimes I don’t see

    How they really could

But I’m not always like that

    Sometimes I think

    “Maybe someday”

    “Maybe it will improve”

    Hello

    My name is Jaden

    I am fifteen

    And this is a poem

    About me

    About how I feel

    Being a teenager

    In 2025

    Distance

    Rain

    Endless nights

    With no end in sight
