A thousand thoughts pounding into my head ALL THE TIME.
Whirring past at a million miles per hour.
Filling my head with noise.
The world makes it louder.
Adds ten thousand more thoughts to the thousand already in my head.
Makes it so hard to focus.
To truly think.
Makes me want to scream, and scream, and scream.
So much noise inside my head.
Scene One
(Stage)
(Dr. Snowday sits in her chair, wrapping tape around her wrists.)
Dr. Snowday: Actors and Techie, start the show!
Sometimes I wonder about the person I seem to be.
Is she truly me or someone else entirely?
Is it real or just a mask?
And if she's just a mask, then who am I?
Am I surrounded by lights?
Or shadows?
The white rabbit ran past Alice towards the well, yelling "We're late for a very important date!" And then he threw her a pocket watch and jumped into the well.
