Out in the forest with love

I feel at peace when I’m out in nature.

The soft wind blowing in my hair,

The sounds of birds talking to each other.

It is all amazing.

The sun is shining on the trees towering above me.

The flowers are in full bloom, so the air smells sweet, like honey.

The forest in front of me is beautiful.

The dark underbrush and trees’ shadows cover the forest floor, causing it to look mysterious.

Trees, they are gorgeous and strong beings.

They symbolize life, and I see why.

They are kind, yet harsh.

They are mighty, yet they can be weak.

They are beautiful, and yet can be deceiving.

Yet all trees give us air to breathe, houses to live in, chairs to sit upon, and tables to make memories and eat at. Also, paper, so that we may draw and write with our talents, and much, much more.

Animals live off of the forest, yet we cut it down, destroying their homes.

And we take, and kill, and destroy, and cause sickness, loss, and pain…

And yet - nature keeps giving.

So we must realize that we have to be kind to the world, because it’s kind to us. And we wouldn’t be here without it.

So, anywhere you are, if you are out in nature… take a moment to respect it… Because it has done nothing wrong, but loved us so.
