Thank you Rosa Parks, for the good you did.

Thank you for standing up and fighting back.

Thank you for bringing a country to be proud of.

Though, I fear you wouldn't be happy with the turn we've taken.

Discrimination, all-time high. Killings in the streets. Ice: Basically the new Nazis.

I wish we could have a country all could be proud of.

I wish we had learned from history.

But, thank you, Rosa Parks, for bringing hope when times were dark.

We are forever grateful.
