Today

Tomorrow is the day we don’t know.

Yesterday was the day we can’t fix.

But what is today?

Today is the future of yesterday.

Today is the day we break free.

Today is the day we do everything we promised ourselves we’d do.

Today is the feeling of braving the world one step at a time,

forgetting yesterday and ignoring tomorrow.

When we live, we will never forget about the past

or stop thinking about the future.

But today, today is the day we live.

Today is the day of opportunities and a day we can finally save.

    I'm 14.
And I just saw Bruce Springsteen
    Live for the first time.

I've loved him and his music since I was 6.
I've listened to him religiously since I was 7.

018751 this was the lunch code I was given
My first day of third grade
My teacher wrote on my hand
With a green marker that smelled like berries

018751 this was the passcode for my first email
