DAY 1, 4/27/2020 monday.
i have a roof over my head i have a family who loves me, i have friends who are kind and make me laugh when i feel bad. today is going to be a good day, because i have the capacity for emotion, and because i am grateful. it will be a good day, because i will make it so. i will choose happiness, over boredom and will better my life as much as possible. i will improve upon ways that need improvement, and continue to build up my patience, and rid myself of unnecessary anger.
