The traits of a hero can depend on many variables, do they have to have super-natural abilities or not? Are they 100% human, or are they not of this world? Many other factors play in, but I’m going to look at it from a comic book-like perspective.
A Hero: A person who has supernatural abilities, often grown up in a broken home, uses their abilities to help those in need and fight evil (aka The Bad Guys). They often wear tight and bright colored suits, and a cape to match (although I agree with Edna Mode’s statement: NO CAPES).
Real world Hero’s: Real world heros can often have similarities to those in comic books, they help those in need, fight “the bad guys”, stand up for what is right and stand against what is wrong, call people to action, and can become known world wide. But as far as science can prove, they don’t have supernatural abilities, and most of them don’t wear tight suits and capes.
