when he smiled

oh the way my heart danced

and when he laughed

oh the way i stop and stare

and when he cried

i knew something was off

the way he cared

made me love him even more

the way he'd compliment my hair

like no one has ever done

and when he smiles

i find a will to live

and when he laughs

it makes me laugh along

and when he cries

it makes me want to cry along

i could never love anyone quite like him

the way i love him

makes me think he loves me back

the way i think so

makes me cry at night

i hope its not an unrequited love.
