When its late at night,
and the stars shine bright,
I wish upon the light.
I wish for things I long for,
and things I have yet to yearn for.

To me, it is a song of grace and sorrow,
similar to how the sea is far from shallow.
When I wish upon the gentle light,
I think of their hidden spite,
when I wish for things that don't feel right.
