I feel most at home in any gymnastics gym. I feel very confident in a gym because I can try new moves and work toward achieving my goals, and I can do it in an environment where I feel safe and supported by other gymnasts and coaches. I feel very strong-like I can do anything. I just feel like I can be myself without being worried about what other people will think of me, and I just get a feeling that I’m doing what I’m meant to be doing….it feels right.

I take karate in a gym environment and I love the relaxed and fun place it can be.
