Farewell Old Friend

Farewell old friend,
Smiling eyes,
stuck inside.
Online life,
fear and strife,
farewell to you as well.
Our old door closed,
a new was opened,
an adventure for us to take.
Maybe this, will be the time,
for less to be lonely with heartbreak.
Another year has come and gone,
mixed emotions, in our song.
Bittersweet, now obsolete.
We have a chance, to concrete,
our good fortune this time around.
A carousel, forever turning,
we can't pause it or slow it down.
So my friends,
take to mind,
the lessons we've learned,
our fate overturned.
In this moment, we say "Hello"
it's too early for goodbye.

It comes so easy, moving so fast.
But you don't suspect, that I do have a past.
I'll play your little game. It's always the same.

Hey Siri, what's the weather for today?
A calculator; a dictionary; an encyclopedia,
    ready at your convenience.

  • He had a Dream

    He had a dream
But not one of soaring skies and indigo seas.
    A man who believed
That we could all live happily in harmony.
    He is long gone
    But his dream lives on.
    Come sisters and brothers
    Together we will stand
