it happened again

it happened again
I don't know what it means 
or why 
but this time it was bad
everything blacked out 
but it lasted longer this time 
and this time it hurt
it left my head and neck feeling tingly 
and I still feel a little dizzy
I don't know what it means 
but it happened again
