Can You Hear The Raven's Call?

The wind will howl,
The night will fall,

Can you hear the raven's call?

Outside your window
The moon does crawl,
Can you hear the raven's call?

Trees will shake,
And leaves will fall,
Can you hear the raven's call?

In dead of night
When shadows stand tall,
Listen to the raven's call.

I love the repetition! It can be difficult to pull off a good rhyme scheme but you did wonderfully. The change to "listen to the ravens call" felt like a great way to end this piece and left me on just the perfect cliff hanger. Have you heard of the poetry form Villanelle? The poem "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night" is a Villanelle and I think you would be splendid at it.
