The house was dead quiet. Even the stairs didn't creak as I crept down the stairs, looking for my family. You see, I was late for school and my parents didn't wake me up so I was going to go yell at them. But I couldn't find them. I searched their rooms and as I did so, a dream I had last night popped into my head. My dream was that my Mom was shaking me and telling me to get up. I sat up a bit and asked what was going on. She was whispering to herself frantically and told me to just follow her quietly. I told her it was too early and I fell back asleep. I had heard a scream and that is when I woke up. The dream kept replaying in my head but I told myself it wasn't true. Maybe they had just gone to the store and let me sleep. That's when I remembered that it was Wednesday and that I had school. I start to panic and search faster, in the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom. I pull myself together and start to think rationally.
The house was dead quiet...you could hear nothing but the sounds of the old house. It was midnight when I awoke sweating. Did my mom turn the heat on before she left? I thought to myself. My parents were gone for the night, at a all night party. My brother was across the hall sleeping. I dont see how he could sleep when its this hot. I went to the hallway to check the heat. It was at 90 degrees! I put it back down to 70. I went down stairs and my cat scared me as she jumped from behind a door. I got some water and sat at the computer. I was checking my email went it shut down. Are you kidding me? It was an old computer anyways...I was walking upstairs when I heard something. "Hello?" I said aloud, "is anyone there?" I slowly made my way back down stairs.. I heard a door creep open to the basement, I went to the door and turned on the light on my phone. I went into the basement and looked around. I heard a sound, a simple, quiet sound.
The house was dead silent. Harambe stepped inside. An snek was sleeping, not making any noise. Controversial memes were painted on the walls. A rare Pepe was in its cage, and the creaking door woke it up. Gene Wilder appeared through the window. “Welcome, my friend,” said Gene. Then, the original Gandalf suddenly appeared. “You shall not pass,” Gandalf said. Harambe picked him up and put him in a cage with the rare Pepes. They scattered. Enraged, Harambe used wizerd majic to make Gandalf into a young child, and put him in his enclosure. The snipers were ready, but so was Harambe. he shot the snipers and got his revenge. The End
The house was dead quiet. He sat alone, soaking it all in like a sea sponge under running water. He liked the quiet, and the dustiness of the air around him, but despite having come to this place many times before, he was scared. He didn't quite know why. He gazed intently at the floorboards. They had said this was a colonial house. The boy thought about how old it must have been. He thought about the boards he was staring at, about how even when they were felled hundreds of years ago, the trees themselves must have sprouted hundreds of years before that. The pine boards were wide, dead, and old. They steadfastly held his weight. He felt breath on his neck, and screamed.
I was out one day walking my dog, Chip. It was a beautiful sunny day. We were walking home when suddenly, Chip bolted down the street. His leash was out of my grasp before I knew it. I quickly ran after him. When I finally had him in my sight, I instantly knew it was going to turn out bad. Chip ran right into the open door of a haunted house. What could possibly be inside a haunted house that made Chip in such a hurry to go in? When I went inside, the house was dead quiet. Everything was covered in dust and spider webs. It looked like nobody had been living here for ages. The second thing I noticed was the creaking of the floor. The floor boards looked so old that I was afraid if I took another step, I would plunge down right into the basement. Once I was inside, the door closed by itself with a big bang. I was slowly making my way through the house, trying my best to find Chip. He could be anywhere in this huge haunted house. The question was where specifically.
The house was dead quiet. Silence lurked everywhere, in the darkness of this house. It was all quiet-all quiet except for the old, fraile stairs. They moaned loudly with every step. And with every step, my heart beat faster and faster.
The house was scary no matter how you look at it. From the doll in the corner, to the spiders in the sink, it was creepy. The doll was the scariest part, though, was the doll. Looking at it made me think that at any second it could spring to life and murder me in the bathroom. Of course it did spring to life, turning its head toward me with a quick jerking motion.
“Run!” I said, my cousin ditching me from the bottom of the stairs.
The doll sprung towards me, shoving me, pulling me into the bathroom. This is the end of me.
One day I woke up and the sky was cloudy and dull. I wondered If It was going rain. I ran downstairs and ate watermelon and some cut up apples. I needed some healthy food for my soccer game. I got my cleats and and socks and shin guards then filled up my shiny pink water bottle. The cold water on my hand made me shiver. Mom lets go we are going to be late! I shouted across the room. ¨Ok let's go¨ she replied. As I step out the door the warm air and wind almost made me fall over! I can't believe my game Isn't canceled! My game was home at my school. When I got there my whole team was there warming up. My coach said to run to the green fence and back twice. So I did. After that I was breathing fast. My coach said to bring It In. My team was In a huddle with are ponytails flying all over the place from the wind. On the count of three say dream crushers! My coach shouted. 1,2,3 dream crushers! Then some of us ran onto the soccer field Including me.
I opened my window ready to go outside to go see if I can go to the treehouse.I have a treehouse that is hidden under all the branches and I am the only one that knows about it.I slowly throw the rope I made out the window and tie it to the window sill.I slowly and carefully climb down onto the oak tree.I jump down with a quiet clonk.I go to the garage and get my fathers motercycle. My bike broke so I decied to take it while my bike was in the shop.i silently put the helmet on my head and start the engine.I rolled down the driveway into the rode.I drove to this little place that said NO TRESPASSING.
The house was dead quiet when I woke up. I expected I was the only one awake, I wasn’t. I walked down stairs and noticed my entire family sitting on the couch, except for my oldest sister, Olivia. I scanned the room until my mom offered me a seat next to her. I sat down inbetween my mom and my youngest brother named Will. I reached for the remote, so I could turn on the morning news, which we always watched as a family.
But as I picked it up off the coffee table in the middle of the living room one of my sisters, Hannah, yanked it out of my hands after screaming “ No news. Tv stays off”
So many thoughts ran through my head as Hannah glared at me. Why was the most occurring thought. Why did Hannah, the sister who always ran into the living room and immediately plopped on the couch and turned the tv on say no? Why wasn’t I allowed to turn the television on? Why didn’t mom or dad say that I could put the news on?
