What will happen to the oceans as they faster and faster rise in Maine where we go each summer

What will happen to the tallest mountains that we hike and play on it the summer

In a world where we kill our only hope

Blindly

Digging ourselves deeper into this hole that we call climate change

Thinking “we’re doing our best” “this will turn around soon”
