Lulling you to a sweet sleep
Inside your own world
Your own ocean

The constant change -
So Far Above
I wished I was like them
The ones that seemed so far above me
Like even if I climbed the highest mountains
Flew up above the clouds
Even reached the far stretches of space
I would still never reach them -
Burning Away
What have we done
The warmth of light, fossil fuel
Burning away the ice caps
Polar bears forced to swim for their lives for food until they are skinny as bones
Dying constantly
But who caused this
Us -
Whispers
You can’t always hear the whisper
But it’s always there
It’s easy to go too fast
Not care about things that aren’t always right there screaming in your face
But if you slow down
If you take a step back
If you listen closely -
Why Are We Waiting
Everyone knows animals can’t talk
So why are we waiting
Everyone knows one day everything will be gone if we don’t turn this around
So why aren’t we trying harder
Why are we waiting as the years go by -
What We Lost
Beauty lies in the little things
The things not many notice
Until there gone
The cool breeze on a summer night
The rolling hills stretching out for miles
The orange and red leaves as they fall to the ground
